East Staffordshire Borough Council is a local government district with status in Staffordshire England. It has two main towns, Burton-Upon-Trent famous for its breweries and Uttoxeter well known for its racecourse.
Over many years we have worked closely with East Staffordshire Borough Council, supporting them with their Access and Fire Safety requirements. This has included supplying our extensive range of Assisted Hearing Systems, ChairMate and most recently Fire SMS at Shobnall Leisure Complex in Burton-Upon-Trent.
With the supply of our Assisted Hearing Systems and Fire Evacuation Products, we have been successful in assisting the Council with its responsibilities under the Equalities Act.
For over 12 years we have been supplying our services to John Lewis, this has enabled them to continue to provide a high level of customer service to all of their customers, including the hearing impaired.
We chose Fire SMS from KTP because it was not only more cost efficient and effective than Deaf Paging Systems in evacuating our members with hearing impairment, it also provides for our key safety personnel to be alerted to any out of hours Fire Alarms.
