National Express is a British multinational public transport company. They have headquarters in Birmingham and operate bus, coach, train and tram services in the UK, Europe and the United States.
When moving into their new Head Office in Edgbaston, Birmingham, it became apparent that the business needed assistance with fire evacuation for some of their team members who it was recognised had specific access requirements.
We carried out a site survey, which highlighted their need for our ChairMate product, which we were then able to fully demonstrate and supply.
Full training was given and in the event of an emergency all staff members could be evacuated from the building safely.
